The First Circuit upheld the decision of the Trial Court, 22nd Judicial District Court, that found in favor of the intestate heir, a child, that a purported, handwritten Will and Donation was invalid, where an ex-spouse purported to be a sole beneficiary of the Decedent's estate.  Christie Tournet successfully represented the Intestate heir, a child, at the trial and appellate levels.
